At Pertify Styles, we prioritize delivering products of the highest quality. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we assure you a straightforward and hassle-free return process. Follow these steps:
1. Request a Return
Within 30 days of your order fulfill date (the date when we confirmed by e-mail that your order was sent), go to our Self-Serve Returns Center and lookup for your order to start a return request
2. Defective Product Returns:
a. If your return request reason is related to a quality issue, before approving your request we will ask you by e-mail to submit clear photos or videos illustrating the quality defects of the product.
c. Upon confirmation of the defect (within two business days), a refund will be issued to your original payment method, and the return of the defective product is not required.
If you are unable to provide visual evidence or the submitted materials do not demonstrate a quality defect, the item must be returned in its original condition to qualify for a refund or exchange. Return shipping charges will be your responsibility.
3. Non-Quality Issue Returns or Cancellations:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for reasons other than a quality defect, follow these steps:
a. Cancellations are allowed before shipment; once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
b. If you initiate a return or exchange for reasons other than quality defects, you will be responsible for return shipping and redelivery costs.
c. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days of the items shipped date.
d. A refund without the need to return the package will be granted if: the courier confirms the package is lost or damaged, we shipped an incorrect item, or sent an item with the wrong size or print.
4. Condition of Returned Items:
a. Returned items must be in the same condition as when received β undamaged, unwashed, with tags and packaging intact.
b. We are unable to accept returns for items marked with a non-returnable symbol or for complimentary items.
5. Refund Process:
a. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days upon confirmation.
b. Refunds will be issued to your original payment account.
c. Refunds to credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process.
d. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

b. Ensure your return package only contains Pertify Styles items to avoid complications.
